The Patriots pre-season roster is deep – really deep. Just how deep are they? Well, I decided to take an in depth look at the current roster and rank the players from top to bottom based on a combination of talent and the likelihood they will make the team.

It really paints a picture of how deep the roster is and how many tough decisions the coaching staff will be faced with as training camp moves forward.

UPDATE: Dolphins Enemy Week Post is now up

As we enter the 2012 season the New England Patriots still sit atop the AFC East, the Pats have observed unprecedented dominance winning the division nine times since 2000. Anytime you see individual teams dominate like that it’s time for your opponents to innovate and change the way they are doing things and finally it appears as though the Bills have been able to do that.

When you talk about the New England Patriots two things always come to mind, the first is QB Tom Brady and the other is Head Coach Bill Belichick. These two have become one of the most successful QB-Coach tandems in NFL History having gone 138-40 in games that Brady started. So how do we as Bills fan hope to beat this juggernaut? Well it’s actually quite simple, we just have to do what we do best in three easy steps.

Editor’s Note: This week, we’ll be featuring some articles from the editor’s of our network sites, detailing what they feel they’re teams plan is for taking down the Patriots in 2012.

Each day leading up to the start of Patriots training camp, we’ll take a look at one position on the roster as it currently stands. We start off with the most stable position on the roster: quarterback.

The Patriots 2012 Schedule certainly isn’t the easiest or hardest in the league, each “quarter” of the season offers its own distinct advantages and disadvantages for New England.

In the first of a four part series, I take a look at weeks one through four of the Patriots 2012 season.

If you’ve watched the National coverage of the Super Bowl this week it seems futile to even play the game. All we’ve heard this week is “the Patriots have no shot, the Giants pass rush is too good, Eli Manning is now the best QB in football, the Giants are the hot team.”

Fortunately for Patriot fans the game will be played on Sunday night and the Patriots actually do have a chance to win the game. Here are 10 reasons why the Patriots will actually win Super Bowl 46 on Sunday night.

NEPD Editor: Doug Kyed

Two long weeks of waiting and the Super Bowl is finally almost upon us.

There’s a lot to be decided in Saturday’s game.

Will Tom Brady go down as the greatest quarterback in NFL history? Will Bill Belichick go down as the greatest coach in NFL history? Will Eli Manning pass his brother in Super Bowl rings?

Will Tom Coughlin be the Tom Flores of this generation? Will Danny Woodhead return a kick passed the 22 yard line? Will Ochocinco be sitting next to Peyton Manning in the owners’ box? Will Dane Fletcher ever not drop back into coverage when he’s lined up at defensive tackle?

No Need for 300, Just Give Tom Brady Five

THIS... IS... BOSTON!

NEPD Editor: James Christensen

In the battle of Thermopylae, made famous by the movie “300″, the Persian King Xerxes trotted out a seemingly never-ending procession of exotic warriors.

Perry Fewell, defensive coordinator for the Giants, has a similar array of weapons aimed at disrupting the Patriots passing attack.

The Patriots offensive line, just like the Spartan heroes on the silver screen, will need to hold out for as long as they can. Fortunately for New England, their blockers will need to be vigilant for only around three seconds, as opposed to three days.
