After re-watching the game film this is how we viewed some of the better NFL prospects in the Miami vs Ohio State game for the upcoming drafts.

Even though this rematch of the 2003 Fiesta Bowl was missing some of the game’s best NFL ready prospects, there was still some impressive talent out there, including a possible 1st-rounder for the Patriots.

Mike Brewster has the skill and tenacity to make the jump to the NFL as a rookie.

While Brewster will be without his head coach and a few high-profile teammates, there are still quite a few instances to see the bruising center in action.

A September 17th battle with Miami (FL) will feature Brewster and fellow 2012 NFL Draft prospect Marcus Forston squaring off. Pair that with a big game against Nebraska and Jared Crick (10/8) and you should have seen all you need to see why Brewster is our top ranked center.

Film Room Notes: vs Miami, vs Illinois

Strengths: Good size, length, and bulk – Makes great line calls with little/no help from QB – Leads on and off the field – Moves well laterally – Excellent in pass protection – Possesses a strong initial punch – Hard working guy.

Weaknesses: Not incredibly athletic, but looks flexible – Has improved his angles, but this might be the only part of his game that needs some work.
