The New England Patriots’ focus has shifted to the offseason and the 2013 NFL Draft, in which they hold the No. 29 overall pick in the first round following their loss in the AFC Championship Game.
While Patriots fans unfortunately do not have a Super Bowl to look forward to this Sunday, they are already thinking ahead to what players will make up the next rookie class in New England at the end of April.

2013 NFL Mock Draft: Updated February 6th
The Senior Bowl is over. The Super Bowl is done.
The 2013 NFL Combine and College Pro Days are right around the corner, but we still have almost three months until the first pick is announced.
I can’t wait. Here is my projection of how the first three rounds of the 2013 NFL Draft will look come April.

FIU safety Jonathan Cyprien certainly made his mark at the 2013 Senior Bowl. Is he a potential fit for the Patriots?

The exciting and busy Senior Bowl week wrapped up with the conclusion of yesterday’s game. It’s now time to reflect on the week that was and look at all the players scouted down here in terms of fits for the New England Patriots.
Over the course of the week it was clear there are many players who could fit what the Patriots need, especially on the defensive side of the ball. Here are 15 players that fit with the Patriots based on the week in Mobile and the needs of the team.

All the football that “really mattered” is in the books and it’s time to start reflecting on the past week and what it means going forward. Overall, I thought the practices were much more productive than last year and all of that can be attributed to new Executive Director Phil Savage.
Savage wanted to make sure scouts were able to get as much information as possible while down here in Mobile. In this article I take a look at each position and let you know who I think was the top performer at each one.

I continued with my Google+ hangouts with some of the biggest name players down here in Mobile. Today’s crop of players all possessed great character, were well spoken and have perfomed very well so far this week. Among the names to stop by our set up today were Oregon’s Kyle Long, Arkansas’s Tyler Wilson, UCLA’s Johnathan Franklin and Datone Jones as well as Missouri Southern stud NT Brandon Williams. Check out what these prospects had to say about the Senior Bowl and their future NFL endevours.
