63. Kansas City Chiefs
Stedman Bailey, WR, West Virginia
The Chiefs paid a steep price for Alex Smith and they better get some help for him. Bailey didn’t run great at the combine, but can develop into a solid #2/#3 WR behind Dwayne Bowe.
64. Jacksonville Jaguars
Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
Gus Bradley continues to rebuild the Jaguars defense with a talented yet troubled pass rusher. Montgomery was once projected as a top ten pick, but has fallen due to concerns over character and effort levels.
65. Detroit Lions
Baccari Rambo, S, Georgia
Milliner fills one secondary need and Rambo will fill another. Rambo has the ability to play either safety spot and playing in the NFC North you can never have enough athletes in the secondary.
66. Oakland Raiders
Robert Alford, CB, Southeast Louisiana St.
The Raiders coaching staff got a first hand look at Alford at the Senior Bowl. Alford is talented, tested very well, but still has to answer questions about his football IQ. The Raiders secondary was pathetic last year and I exepct them to address the position actively in the draft.
67. Philadelphia Eagles
Da’Rick Rogers, WR, Tennessee Tech
Receiver isn’t the biggest need in Philadelphia however, Rogers is too good of a talent to pass up here. The Eagles need a bigger, more physical Wide out and Rogers can give them that.
68. Cleveland Browns
Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
A new regime in Cleveland and it make sense they would want to bring in their own QB. Wilson is a gunslinger who can compete for the starting job against Brandon Weeden. EJ Manuel is also a possibility here.
69. Arizona Cardinals
Joseph Randle, RB, Oklahoma State
Beanie Wells has been a disappointment and Ryan Williams has suffered two major knee injuries. It’s time they get a consistent and reliable every-down back. Randle provides the ability to play on 3 downs because he catches the ball so well.
70. Tennessee Titans
Travis Frederick, OG/OC, Wisconsin
Besides their secondary, which they upgraded in the 2nd round, the biggest area of weakness is the interior OL. Frederick might be the top OC by the time April comes around. After getting Warmack in round one, the interior OL is suddenly a strength.
71. Buffalo Bills
Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
Stevie Johnson needs some help on the outside of the Bills passing attack. Williams is a vertical threat who can put pressure on the defense. Coming out of the 1st three rounds with a stud pass rusher, QB and WR is a big win for Buffalo.
72. New York Jets
Tony Jefferson, SAF, Oklahoma
LaRon Landry was a one year stop gap, Eric Smith is gone and the rest of the roster is average at best. The Jets would be wise to add a safety with some long term value and Jefferson does that.
73. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Corey Lemonier, DE, Auburn
The Buccaneers pass rush was really poor last year. Even after adding a top DE in round one you can never have enough rushers. Lemonier is coming off a great combine which he ran well at a bulked up 255 lbs.
74. San Francisco 49ers (via Car)
Marquise Goodwin, WR, Texas
Goodwin isn’t much more than a vertical speed threat right now, but he would add another dimension to the 49ers offensive attack. With a plethora of picks they can take chances on talented players like Goodwin who might not pay dividends right away.
75. New Orleans Saints
Leon McFadden, CB, San Diego State
The Saints need lots of help everywhere on their defense. McFadden is a talented corner who can play outside or in the slot. He has a nose for the ball and and isn’t afraid to throw his body around in run support.
76. San Diego Chargers
Dallas Thomas, OL, Tennessee
The Chargers were able to add a super-athletic OG in round one but still have major needs at OT. Thomas is flying under the radar because he hasn’t been able to work out, but offers plenty of ability and is experienced at both OT and OG positions.
77. Miami Dolphins
Menelik Watson, OT, Florida State
There is a good possibility Jake Long leaves the Dolphins via free agency. If that happens Jonathan Martin will move to LT leaving a big hole at RT. Watson is a tremendous athelte who should have no problem playing RT or LT if developed properly.
