Apprecitate the work you guys put into this order

  2. Mike says:

The NFL Draft Order calculates the SoS for the entire season. Not just through the weeks played. I know it’s more work but it would be more accurate if you did the same.

    • NEPD says:

If the season ended today, this would be the draft order. The SOS (actual or projected) both change each week, so either method is correct come week 17 – when it counts.

      • The Strategy Expert says:

But it’s a known fact that the season won’t end before all of the games are played. The draft order is based upon all of the games, and the information of games that haven’t been played yet is already set in stone and should be included. This isn’t a ranking of how good a team is, only where they will be slotted. Not using all of the known given information takes away from the accuracy and precision of the leaderboard.
