WAC: Ten Year NFL Draft Conference Case Study

POSITIONAL BREAKDOWN

Here, I broke down the total number of players drafted at each position from WAC schools vs. the total number of players drafted at each position total year by year.

Finally I created a tally for each position with WAC players drafted per position vs. total draft picks per position to see what position the WAC churned out the most and least over the last ten years.

Players drafted from WAC/players drafted total:

QB: 7/128 = 5.47%

RB: 9/223 = 4.04%

WR: 18/324 = 5.56%

TE: 7/147 = 4.76%

OL: 13/432 = 3.01%

DL: 10/450 = 2.22%

LB: 11/302 = 3.64%

CB: 16/310 = 5.16%

S: 3/192 = 1.56%

K: 1/21 = 4.76%

P: 0/22 = 0%
