  1. Bob Shannon says:

Just look at the list Give the Pats Nick Toon & Billy Winn… People good draft for the Patriots……BB Call Bill Parcells and let help you pick the groceries please….You’ve proven Dr Jekyl and Mr Hide….It’s scary BB..

  2. Bob Shannon says:

Funny I don”t see Tavon Wilson on this list…..Does each round have 32 picks, that’s 64 for both 2 & 3 rounds and leaves what??? 13 extra picks…. So I’m taking it that the scouts around the country evlauated these players, and someone paid them to do it right….so we can say that it was professionally done right….So where does BB, Big Bust, get the notion to pick Tavon Wilson????? did it come to him in his sleep???? Does BB have Tara Kards and reads them???? to help him with his piccks???? Really Does the rest of the league need tips on how to make this equation work for them????? Losing Two Super Bowls is exactly the result of these bad decisions made at draft day…Makes me Sick????

    • Liam says:

Look I understand frustration with an out of the blue move, but c’mon man! BB is one of the greatest coaches of all time in any sport. You take a team for a ten year period in the hardest sport on earth to maintain dominance, and you produce the quality refults BB has, then you can talk. We didn’t lose the SBs because of Belichick, we lost because a a few freak plays. Shit happens.

  3. French fans of Pats says:

Unfortunately the Pats won’t take Janoris Jenkins, even if BB is a little more lax he can’t take a guy with thaht kind if problem. I’m still hopping for Devon Still or Alshon Jeffery, why not ?

  4. Gary says:

I think they trade out of 48. Guy I’m really hoping for is Joe Adams from Arkansas at the end of Rd 2. Our biggest need right now is KR/PR. When Danny Woodhead is returning kicks, you need an improvement. Adams would be an upgrade immediately and could be a developmental (wait for it…deep threat!) WR. Packers did this last year with Randall Cobb at the end of Rd 2 and I’d like the Patriots to play copy-cat.

  5. Liam says:

I was just thinking, based on this we could have traded back in the first the first few picks of the second (Minnesotta, Tampa Bay), (or hell, stayed where we were) and come away with Courtney Upshaw, Janoris Jenkins, Kendall Reyes and Trumaine Johnson (may have needed to move around a little in the second). That would have been a hell of a draft. Oh well, at least we got two potential front 7 impact players.

  6. NEtyson says:

We dont need a cover linebacker, nor do we need a pass rusher anymore…(we can grab a RB like grant after the draft)
maybe we can keep 1 2nd rndr and trade the other along w/next yrs mid rndr to grab another 3 picks for this yr
Would be great if we grabd a S/CB (trumaine johnson,Mont or B.taylor LSU) and a WR with return abilities like joe adams who can contribute right away on ST and sit back and learn/develope as a future WR
Also a OG in a later rnd that DS and waters could mold……alot of Olinemen fell due to the run on D talent so there should be some 2nd-3rd rnd Oline talent in the 4th-5th rnds…i dont see why BB cant get 3-4 late picks for a 2nd this yr and perh
apes a 4th or 5th out of next yrs

  7. NEtyson says:

Grab S brandon taylor or def grab S/CB trumaine johnson w/ the 1st 2nd rndr then BB will most likey trade his 2nd pick in that rnd for something like 3rd and a 5th where i expect him to go for value…..im thinking a OL C or G and a CB w/ ahigher grade on hiii is board…
but if we can get kendall reyes DT or brandon thompson DT somehow and come away with a CB who can play man even a S who can cover well against the pass ill b satisfied…b4 the 1st rnd this would all b wishful but now BB seems like hes looking to fill specific positions of need…and if so its all becuz he addressed team depth during free agentcy

  8. Dan says:

I would love to see them get Reyes, but I doubt he lasts…maybe they trade up to get who they like…tapping into next years picks???

The best d-back they like…I like Flemming, Boykin, Schwartz, Wolfe, Worthy, Randle. They should end up with a couple of nice players.

  9. JMC says:

Reyas or Konz would be great picks at 48 but I doubt they will be there. The OT Glen might also be a good pick. Jenkins might be good value at 48 but there are are three other CBs high on the board- Curry would be a good pick. David is a player they have been linked to-

  10. avk says:

Give me Jenkins and either Chapman, Silatolu, or Joe Adams and I can die a happy fan. McCourty moves to safety and both DB units are improved with 1 pick. Chapman would be a nice backup to big Vince who played way too much last year. Silatolu is insurance at guard this year and a developmental RG for When waters retires. Joe Adams immediately improves one of the worst kick/ punt return units in football and is a developmental WR.

    • tomB says:

if they pick up jenkins it improves the punt // kickoff also so no reason to get adams waste of a pick.

  11. @59russo59 says:

not to nit-pick, but i think you meant to say “but that doesnt mean there are NOT ANY great football players left…

I’d love to see Courtney Upshaw (why the hell has he slid?)
LaMichael James (I know we have more pressing needs)
    Vinny Curry
    Janoris Jenkins
    Vontaze Burfict

    • tomB says:

Vontaze Burfict will probably not even be drafted. dude has so many issues way more than jenkins

would like to see either jenkins or curry dont think upshaw will last till 48

    • qwerty says:

      Upshaw fell becuz he stunk

  12. tomb says:

    Janoris Jenkins please!!!!
