McNutt looked was one of the best prospects on the field for the North. His ex-QB smarts really showed up this week.
#1 Boom Herron, RB, Ohio State
I wasn’t a big fan of Herron prior to this week, but he looked like an impressive athlete in Mobile this week.
#3 Devier Posey, WR, Ohio State
Posey might have the most to prove this week, after a rough year worth of suspensions. Posey showed off nice hands and a some breakaway ability this week.
#11 Kellen Moore, QB, Boise State
Moore had a rough week by almost everyone’s standards. He plays best in game situations, so this might be his time to shine.
#16 Russell Wilson, QB, Wisconsin
Wilson came in a little smaller than expected, but he’s shown a high release point this week.
A lot of people are down on Polk after looking like he came in out of shape, this is a tough week for running backs to prove themselves, so this game is make or break for Polk.
#23 Isaiah Pead, RB, Cincinnati
Pead will have to show that he can run through the tackles to become an elite RB prospect. He looks small, and will likely be limited to a third down role.
#73 Kelechi Osemele, G/T, Iowa State
Osemele has proven everything that Draft analysts thought about this this week. He’s shown he can play guard or tackle, but he’ll have to prove it today against some elite pass rushers from the South.
#75 Mike Adams, T, Ohio State
Adams, like Osemele has had a good week in Mobile. He has a tough task of going up against Coples, Ingram and Upshaw in today’s game though.
#88 Brian Quick, WR, Appalachian State
Quick had a rough first day of practice, but has rebounded since then to show that he’s worthy of being in Mobile.
#89 Marvin Jones, WR, Cal
Jones has had an extremely successful week thus far. Every analyst down here can’t wait to get back home and check the tape on Jones.
