2011 HBCU Bowl Coverage

The HBCU annually puts a handful of prospects into the NFL Draft and another 25-30 players into NFL training camps. Matthew Elder, our scouting director at BBD is on location this week scouting the prospects.

He’s got the weigh-in results, combine figures, practice reports, and videos of some of the best prospects. Make sure you check out his 3-4 NT sleeper – quite a prospect.

As part of our 2012 NFL Draft coverage, we’ll be scouting all 35 FBS bowl games – you can find most games here at NEPatriotsDraft.com, but there will also be some games at BuffaloBillsDraft.com, NYJetsDraft.com, and MiamiDolphinsDraft.com as well.

You can expect a primer of the prospects we’ll be watching in the days leading up to each bowl, as well as a Film Room breakdown of how the 2012 NFL Draft prospects performed.

With the way football fans are talking around Boston today, you’d think the Patriots were on a five game losing streak or something.

The fact is, the Patriots aren’t going to blow every team out and they came away with a seven point
road victory. Was it a perfect game? Far from it, but a win is a win.
