There were lots of mid-round defensive prospects out on display in the Holiday Bowl this year between Texas and California.

All of the best prospects on the field were underclassmen that we’ll be touching on in later years in Keenan Allen for Cal and Jackson Jeffcoat, Jaxon Shipley and Quandre Diggs for Texas.

Patriots vs Bills: All Good Things…

Can you believe it’s already week 17? It seems like just yesterday we were all excited about last year’s defense with the addition of Leigh Bodden and Ty Warren coming back from injury. That didn’t go so well, but the season has so far.

A lot has changed since the last time the Bills and Patriots faced each other. The aforementioned Bodden actually started in that game at RCB. Some other interesting names that participated in that game: Brandon Spikes, Josh Barrett, Landon Cohen and Jermaine Cunningham.

Ronnell Lewis NFL Draft

NFL teams will love Oklahoma DE/OLB Ronnell Lewis this much.

When Iowa and Oklahoma meet in the Insight bowl, the Sooners will be missing perhaps their best NFL prospects due to injury in Ryan Broyles and suspension in Ronnell Lewis, while the Hawkeyes are missing a potential future Top 5 RB due to suspension in Marcus Coker.

Even so, there are plenty of 2012 NFL Draft prospects to watch during this game.

The Music City Bowl features the SEC’s Mississippi St. Bulldogs vs. the ACC’s Wake Forest Demon Deacons. Here are the NFL prospects we will be scouting during the game.

From a scouting perspective this game should be as onesided as the come. On one hand you have a Mississippi St. team that could have as many as 3 players selected in the first two rounds. On the other you have have a Wake Forest team which only has a few mid-level NFL prospects.
