anytone hear about Tyson Poots (WR) from Southern Utah University being drafted?
Poots is in Cowboys camp…and he’s actually not doing that great.
Bucs also signed Idaho RB Deonte Jackson per their team website… along with the Victor Aieyewa signing I mentioned earlier:

Jamie Cumbie DT out of Clemson signed with Oakland according to their website
Jeff Van Camp worked out with the Bucs today… no contract news yet.
Bucs signed Victor Aiyewa (OLB, Washington), and “Quinton Boders” should be “Quintin Borders”
Has anybody heard any news on Chris Whitney?

Looks like Giants will sign S Jerrard Tarrant. Pulled this from Bigblueinteractive…Giants to sign UDFA Jerrard Tarrant, safety Georgia Tech
Defenderdawg : 6:19 pm
Was mentioned here earlier today he was spotted at the Giants facility…
From the AJC writer who covers Georgia Tech
about 1 hour ago…if you check his twitter page he confirms:
ajcgatech Congratulations to @3Jerrard7, now a N.Y. Giant.
BTW, from that same feed, I just heard that Derrick Locke failed his Viking physical, making him a free agent again and thus illustrating why he wasn’t drafted to begin with.
Still no word on:
RB Jeremy Avery
WR DeMarco Sampson-perhaps he can’t pass a physical and is 26
DE Aaron Lavarias
DT Blaine Sumner-possibly because he could never possibly pass a PED test and doesn’t want to.
LB Eric McBridethan we know.
S Jerrard Tarrant
K Kai Forbath
QB/RB Josh Nesbitt
Also, the Bucs signed LS Aaron Feld, Mississippi State, S Devin Holland, McNeese State, and T Quintin Borders, Union College. Also, the guy (Jared) affilliated with this site tweeted earlier today that the Bucs signed OG Thomas Claiborne of Boston College but I haven’t see anything to verify this.
Who is Jared?
I don’t know… I was trying to find his twitter feed through your site, which I found this site through his twitter feed… I’m crazy, I have no idea… Jared Tomaz or something like that.
Not affiliated with this site. @NEPatriotsDraft and @DougKyed are the only twitter feeds associated with NEPD. But glad you came.
It might be NFLdraftinsider’s twitter feed…. I’m confused.
It was Jared Tokarz and now I don’t know how I found this site…but I’m glad I did, thanks for your hardwork!
Any news on Chris Whitney
What happened to Michael Ricks from Stillman. first it was listed he signed with the cowboys now he’s not listed, have a friend that played against him said he’s a beast just curious to see where he went. thanks. and by the way this is year 2 i followed your site for undrafted rookies and you are by far the best ive found great work.
Ricks signed w/ Ravens.
Anybody willing to take a risk on Scooter Berry (WVU)?
I heard he signed with Texans, is this accurate?
This kid deserves a serious look especially after expanding rosters to 90 for preseason camps there is no reason he shouldnt get an opportunity..not only is he exciting to watch but very productive..this kid hauled in 118 catches his senior yr in college and has continued his dominance..as far as I know he was forced to overcome some unforseen circumstances coming out of college in dealing with representation..he definitely deserves a shot somewhere..check him out for yourself:

some college video I came across:

Bengals sign Louisville OG Mark Wetterer
Hobson works for Bengals.com, so his “sources” should be pretty solid
A few of Dallas’ players are missing. Also, it’s Raymond Radway, not Broadway. Complete list at the following link.

The Bears have announced the signing of Josh Davis, from Georgia, yet you have him as a Bengals signing. Is it a mistake?
Just wanted to thank you guys (& gals?) for the really wonderful job you do every year on the UDFA front. I’ve found you to be the most reliable site I’ve found, and I’ve looked at a lot…still haven’t found your source yet:)
Keep up the good work.

Jeff Wolfert to Cleveland – http://twitter.com/#!/jwolfert/status/96000409994395648
disregard….he’s been a pro for a couple of years. My mistake.
For all of you wondering about Kai Forbath (I was in the same boat!), he’s currently not going to sign with a team until he is healed from whatever injury/surgery he has/had. Apparently it’s nothing major, and it shouldn’t be long, but he wants to be fully healthy before committing to a team. Right now, Green Bay is looking at signing him (great fit, amirite?).
Also on the note of Green Bay, Nnamdi Asomugha landed in Green Bay airport. Say what…not sure they even have the cap room for the guy but that would make things really interesting.
in addition – Dallas also has announced :
LS Corey Adams KSU
DE/DT Matangi Tonga Houston
The local newspaper got the same Chargers list. Here’s a link to their story: https://www.signonsandiego.com/news/2011/jul/26/chargers-undrafted-free-agent-signings/
The Chargers sent us an official list of UDFA signings. Here’s what they gave us:

Source confirms the Raiders will sign SJSU QB Jordan LaSecla as URFA. #Raiders #SJSU
Any word on Javes Lewis, S Oregon
Still nothing on DaVonte Shannon (S, Buffalo)? No action via Twitter since last night…
Yeah, I’m pretty surprised about that as well — you’d think a four-time all MAC player would be able to get into a training camp….
A lot of teams aren’t announcing anything until everything is finalized, so maybe it’s just a case of him not reporting back via Twitter or to UB.
Is he a FS or SS? If he’s a FS, Kansas City could be in the mix, and they are usually quiet.
Derek Domino, DE, SDSU to the Denver Broncos — http://www.gojacks.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=15000&ATCLID=205213321
For the Raiders, Ben Gbadyu of penn state is not the correct name. It should be Bani Gbadyu

Devine to Eagles? What source and is it reliable after today’s Falcon fiasco? Rude of Devine to say he didn’t sign with Falcons and “he wasn’t going to”, a little respect Mr. Devine
Source was Deion Sanders’ daughter….is she going with Devine?
No. Deion is Noel Devine’s mentor.
Several years ago he wanted to adopt Devine as his son, in order to get him out of his bad home situation in Ft.Meyers, Florida.
Travon Patterson to Chargers

Anyone hard anything about small school CB Leer Biddle from William Paterson?
I find in unbelievable and completely sickening that the Redskins management was unable to get their act together for the UDFA signing period. Apparently they did not know when it started. For a team in such dire need for talent to miss this opportunity to sign guys who could help the team down the road in disgraceful. Allen and company would be fired in the real world for such a screw up. Tomorrow they’ll go out and sign 5 over the hill free agents…great. I guess they already making a play to get Andrew Luck
Dude, relax. The redskins knew and signed more than 3 players. They simply don’t as a rule release names until the ink has dried, meaning once the players get into DC they ‘ll announce. These 3 announced themselves on twitter. Get a clue before spouting off like a tool next time.
He might have a clue, it was reported at least one NFC team misunderstood the timing to sign UDFA and went home early Monday night, certainly could have been Wash
They may have but do you really think they would have “missed” the opening? The redskins have not announced a single signing, not 1. Shannahan thinks that its cool to keep everything a secret for no apparent reason, I’ll bet the list at least doubles by the time they get to DC to actually sign.
If they missed the timing they would not have signed these three when they did. These guys tweeted before 2 am, so they were signed last night. I agree with Skinfan1010, this is typical Shanahanigans.
