Strengths:
Prototypical measurables – Good footwork and pocket awareness – Above average arm strength – Effortless thrower – Throws a pretty ball – Great leader and work ethic – Gets rid of the ball on schedule – Uses play-action very well – Threat to run if receivers are covered – Above-average athleticism – Shows a high level of intelligence on and off the field – A certain #1 pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.

Weaknesses:
Accuracy has improved, but not at the Drew Brees/Tom Brady level yet – Doesn’t always get to 2nd read, but often hasn’t had to – Very tough to find any true weaknesses in his game.
