In the coming days, the UCLA defensive lineman Brian Price will make an official visit to the Patriots facilities in Foxboro. Price is known as a penetrating lineman that many scouts have ranked as a borderline 1st Round talent.
Price had an impressive combine workout (5.12, 34 reps) that backed up what you’ll see on a highlight reel of the Bruin prospect. Careful film study, however, will show an inconsistent motor and a tendency to disappear for stretches.
Price is typically pegged as a one-gap defensive lineman, making it questionable whether he could play in the Patriots two-gap scheme.

Decent player, BB still has nightmares about the ravens D line though so don’t see it happening…unless the grandmaster plan is to develop quality NTs pay them top dollar for a NT and then move them to end…where they earn half what they would have as a DE…beware young Vince!!!
Thanks, sounds like that little logistical issue got worked out.

@Box – I’m hearing that Brian will be in town this week.
Is this a rescheduling following last week’s initial announcement of intent where they were unable to work out the logistics?
