Patriots Host Brandon Graham

Brandon Graham, the much heralded DE/OLB out of Michigan, made a visit to the New England Patriots’ facilities earlier this month, according to the Scout Network.

The electric Graham wowed scouts and fans alike with his quick first step and solid rush moves at the Senior Bowl. Graham was unblockable at times during the Big 10 season, racking up a couple of sacks against fellow top prospect Bryan Bulaga of Iowa.

Graham projects to be a 3-4 OLB in the Patriots system, but has made visits to 4-3 teams like the Atlanta Falcons as well, where he presumably would play 4-3 DE.

Draft grades vary wildly on the former Wolverine, but all signs point to Graham coming off the board in the middle of the 1st round of the NFL Draft.

I would be willing to part with our 4th or swap a second for a third to move up to get Graham. I believe 5 years from now he will be one of the top players from this draft.

I think he will end up in Miami or Atlanta before our pick is up. I hope we end up with Kindle, but don’t get me wrong if we get Graham I won’t complain.

Brandon Graham to the Patriots! Make it happen Coach Belichick!
