2010 NBA Mock Draft

If you forgive us for a moment, we’re going to take a break from continuously updating our 2011 NFL Mock Draft, and take a stab at a 2010 NBA Mock Draft. (Updated 6/21)

We’re listed at the 2010 NBA Mock Draft Database and DC Pro Sports Report.

1. Wizards
John Wall, PG, Kentucky
Wall will be a great player in the NBA, but I’m not sure he’ll be the ROY. As long as Arenas can play the #2 beside Wall, the Wizards have a strong future.

2. 76ers
Evan Turner, SG, Ohio State
The Sixers need help, well, everywhere. They might be tempted to take a big man here, but Turner is the best player in this draft right now.

3. Nets
Derrick Favors, PF, GTech
Lopez and Favors should form a strong duo for years to come.

4. Timberwolves
Wesley Johnson, SF, Syracuse
Johnson is the wing threat that the T-Wolves need, and he doesn’t plan on traveling to Spain anytime soon.

5. Kings
DeMarcus Cousins, C, Kentucky
Still needs some seasoning on the offensive end in our opinion to score in the NBA, but has the frame to be a rebounding machine.

6. Warriors
Greg Monroe, PF, Georgetown

7. Pistons
Xavier Henry, SG, Kansas

8. Clippers
Hassan Whiteside, C, Marshall

9. Jazz
Ed Davis, PF, North Carolina

10. Pacers
Al-Farouq Aminu, SF, Wake Forest

11. Hornets
Cole Aldrich, C, Kansas

12. Grizzlies
Patrick Patterson, PF, Kentucky

13. Raptors
Donatas Motiejunas, PF/C, Lithuania

14. Grizzlies
Devin Ebanks, SF, West Virginia

15. Rockets
James Anderson, SG, Oklahoma State
