The Patriots have re-signed veteran nose-tackle Vince Wilfork to a 5-year deal worth $40 million. The deal includes an $18 million dollar signing bonus, with $25 million guaranteed overall.
As he is the picture above, Vince and his wife Bianca should be smiling for a long time now with their financial security. Vince chose to release the information on his Twitter account, stating:
Thanks to everyone who supported us during our time here in New England it has ment a great deal to us. With that being said we are pleased to say we will be here for MANY more years to come. My wife and I thank you and are getting back to our vacation… c ya in foxboro soon.
Glad to see the big-man back in the red, white, and blue. The Patriots can now continue to build their defense around their anchor, starting with the 2010 NFL Draft.

Very cool. The Patriots needed to re-sign Wilfork. This is way better than Peppers.
