Pittsburgh vs North Carolina, December 26th, 4:30pm, ESPN
Top NFL Draft Prospects for the Meineke Car Care Bowl
1. Marvin Austin, DT, North Carolina (Pictured)
Austin rates as a late-first or second round prospect currently. He is an athletic tackle that can play the run while still applying pressure to the quarterback. We currently have Austin going #64 to New Orleans in our 2010 NFL Mock Draft.
2. Greg Romeus, DE/OLB, Pittsburgh
Excellent pass-rusher that often gets double-teamed. Not sure if he has fluid enough hips to play in space at the next level. Should go in the first two rounds of the NFL Draft, we have him at #56 in our 2010 NFL Mock Draft.
3. Bruce Carter, OLB, North Carolina
4. Robert Quinn, DE, North Carolina
You won’t be able to draft these guys until 2011 at earliest, but they are worth the wait. Explosive defenders that are instant game-changers, look for Quinn to be a top-15 pick in 2011, and Carter to also be a 1st Rounder. Both appear in our 2011 NFL Mock Draft.
