Nevada vs SMU, December 24th, 9:00pm, ESPN
Top NFL Draft Prospects for the Hawaii Bowl
1. Colin Kaepernick, Junior QB, Nevada (Pictured)
A big frame (6-6/215) compliments a decent arm, but Colin’s legs are what gets him noticed. Could be a QB/WR in the NFL, look for him to be drafted in the 4th-6th rounds.
2. Kevin Basped, Junior DE, Nevada
A small DE, weighing in at 240 pounds, will try and be a Dumervil/Mathis type edge rusher. Should get drafted in the 4th-6th rounds.
3. Emmanuel Sanders, Senior WR, SMU
Has some personal red-flags, but is a speedster that can make big plays. The red flags might preclude him from being drafted, but he will either be a 7th-rounder or a highly sought-after UDFA.
