The 2009 NFL Power Rankings Week Seven edition features a lot of movement at the top and bottom, as there were a few good upsets this week.
The Elite: Any question whether New Orleans or New York deserved to be at #1 was put to rest with an old-school beating delivered at the hands of Drew Brees. The Saints still have three teams nipping on their heels though.
