Bill is usually pretty careful about kissin someones ass before he drafts him. He took him to one of the most popular restaraunts in mass and has kissed ass wenever possible. Bill is usually as candid as it gets with his dealings with this kind of thing. But every year Bill throws as at least one curveball in the draft so you never know.
